At Oxyfresh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
